ERASTUDIO Gallery reflects the experience and different souls of the founder Patrizia Tenti and it is focused on this specific and rare moment when design becomes art: the inception of a new movement, a debate of form versus function. The Gallery represents a distinguished group of historic designers/artists of "Radical Architecture” and contemporary designers/artist where craft, architecture, fine art, and cutting-edge technological intersect the historical world.

Founded in 2010 by Patrizia Tenti, ERASTUDIO Gallery began as an apartment-gallery on the third floor of a late 19th-century building in Milan’s Brera district. Rather than opting for a traditional white-cube space, Patrizia envisioned a raw, undefined apartment—a ‘void’—where design could be experienced as a living, breathing presence.
Rooted in this philosophy, the gallery focused on the historical artistic movement "Radical Architecture", a term coined by the art critic Germano Celant in 1972 to indicate the architectural experiments that resulted in the artistic field, in the period of the 60s and 70s. ERASTUDIO has been a leading voice in championing the movement’s key figures, including Gianni Pettena, Ettore Sottsass, Ugo La Pietra, and Remo Buti, and more.
Our curatorial journey has taken us to the forefront of the international design scene, participating in prestigious fairs—including Zona Maco in Mexico City, Miart in Milan, Design Miami/Basel in Basel, Artgenève, and Dubai Art Fair—and establishing a reputation for representing a carefully selected group of artists and designers.
For eight formative years, Nanda Vigo's exclusive curatorial vision shaped our exhibitions, solidifying our reputation as a leading voice in collectible design. We have been instrumental in placing these groundbreaking works in the permanent collections of major museums and public institutions.
